Our Virtual Family Mediation Program offers free online family mediation and advice services to low and modest income families across BC. The program aims to facilitate early resolution of family law matters, while saving users' money and freeing up BC's court resources.
Family mediation is a collaborative way for parties to come to an agreement on issues that arise when a marriage or common law relationship ends, including:
- Property division;
- Debt division;
- Parenting arrangements;
- Child support; and
- Spousal aupport.
To qualify for Virtual Family Mediation Program service, both parties must be willing to mediate, and at least one party must meet our pro bono eligibility criteria.
