Preferred Volunteer Engagement
Assists program managers by conducting client intakes, collecting documents, and assisting with other administrative tasks to support our representation programs.
Serves as first point of client contact for our busy Summary Advice Program by answering client telephone calls, booking clients for summary legal advice appointments, and/or providing referrals where appropriate.
Helps run our in-person summary legal advice clinics by such performing tasks like receiving and organizing clients for their appointments, and providing clinic reports to volunteer lawyers.

We receive a high volume of volunteer applications. We will contact applicants if we have an available position that fits their skill set or experience. Please note, volunteers need to be located within British Columbia in order to volunteer, and may be asked to first provide a resume.
